“Time is the coin of your life. It is the only coin you have, and only you can determine how it will be spent. Be careful lest you let other people spend it for you.” ~ Carl Sandburg

Wise words all around but how we relate to them matters. Luxury watches though expensive has a lot of benefits. They make you stand out from the crowd. Asides the fact that they can be a life time companion if handled with care, luxury watches are irresistibly appealing. Believe me,a whole lot of women out there rate your financial and social status by taking a glimpse at your watch, you know what im saying *winks*. If you are in doubt, check out my reason and tell me if you don't agree...
1. Functionality: A lot of people think they don't need a wrist watch because their android, Iphone or blackberry device will provide them with the same correct time measure. They forget that phone batteries don't last long,it can be frustrating around that awkward moment when you lost track of time and you need to get back on schedule. And the mighty dependable phone is off, say an hour ago, i bet that is when you get back to your senses on the unique feature of a wrist watch. Also wrist watches come handy in phone restricted areas like government buildings, some banking halls, official meetings and other signal-transmission-free places. It is way easier to take a quick glance at your wrist watch than struggling with your phone in your briefcase or inner pocket, It's so simple and keeps you coordinated all the time.
2.Perfection: Perfection is the watchword in watchmaking. Manufacturers devote their time into making a unique wrist watch, and this alone makes the watch a luxury to behold. There is no end to the creation of a perfect timepiece and their thirst never runs dry.
3.Exclusiveness: There is no doubt that it is desirable to own something special that distinguishes you from most people. Exclusiveness is about social status, however, wearing a prestigious brand can’t be reduced to the aspect of “showing off” in front of other people. The average person has never heard of names like Jaeger-LeCoultre, IWC or Ulysse Nardin. For most watch aficionados, the motivation of owning something rare and unique primarily arises from the mere awareness of owning something exceptional, rather than paying attention to what others might think.
4.Mobility: Remember, your watch once on your wrist accompanies you everywhere and positions however you deem it fit. We know they dont come with wheels like your Ferrari sport car or visible mobile support but Yes watches are quite mobile.
5.Emotional Value: Watches are attached with emotions, as it accompanies its wearer in good times and bad. Not only are they physically with you, but actually present when indicating the most precious good we have. As gifts received from our closest friends and family members, watches can mark special events in life such as milestone anniversaries, weddings or professional achievements. Quite commonly, they are passed along from one generation to the next. So there is a good chance that even your future great-grandson is going to spend time with your favorite timepiece on his wrist.
6.Jewelry: luxury watches are simply stunning. Watches can be pieces of exceptional beauty, just as any accompaniment, one might think. Watches, however, have a special status linked to the functional excuse of measuring the time. Even though wristwatches were initially worn by women, they are now, first and foremost, a male fashion accessory. And ultimately, it is the one item that can make the difference in a very thin scope of action a man wardrobe allows.
